Mennonite Church USA Executive Leadership is the churchwide ministry charged with leading Mennonite Church USA as a missional Anabaptist denomination. Simply put, Executive Leadership exists to make sure Mennonite Church USA stays on track to become the church Christ calls us to be—a church that’s able to identify where God is at work in the world and join that work.

As Executive Leadership, we are charged with fulfilling a variety of ministries ranging from planning churchwide conventions to helping congregations explore relationships with other faith traditions.
We support area conferences and churchwide agencies. We create valuable resources for lay leaders, church pastors and conference ministers. We organize peace witnesses and advocate for people from all Racial/Ethnic backgrounds. We tell stories of Mennonites past and present to help maintain our unique Anabaptist identity.
We do all of this and more because we believe God calls Mennonite Church USA to grow as a community of grace, joy and peace so that God’s healing and hope flow through us to the world.
