Below are answers to many of the questions a parent of a convention participant might have.
Registration
- Pre convention
- Registration is strongly encouraged for all children attending the convention. Accurate registration is needed to ensure proper staffing for all children's programming.
- On-site
- On-site registration will be available if space is available in each age grouping. Due to staffing requirements, not all age groups may allow on-site registration.
Pick up/drop off
Parents are expected to drop their children off at the beginning of the scheduled programming. Parents are expected to pick up their children and get them lunch between the hours 12:00 and 1:00. Children should be picked up promptly at the end of the day's activities.
Meals
- Full meal plan (12 meals) — $188
- Lunch/dinner (8 meals) —$152
- Lunch only (4 meals) — $71
- Dinner only (4 meals) — $94
Daily options
Meal tickets will not be replaced if lost.
Meal plans are not available on site. Meal plans must be purchased by May 29, 2009.
