Associates

Associates serve with a coordinator in a particular area of the convention. Typically Associates don’t have any responsibilities prior to convention. Associates are recruited by Coordinators. Associates pay $100 and provide their own transportation to convention. Convention Planning covers registration, meals, and lodging during the convention. Associates complete a Volunteer Registration form prior to convention.

Associates generally arrive the day before convention begins. They are encouraged to attend the Coordinator and Associate Dinner, typically the night before convention activities begin. That Dinner will take place Monday, June 29 at 7:00 p.m. for Convention 2009.
