Volunteers

Volunteers are convention attendees that want to donate several hours of work during the convention. As a registrant completes their convention registration, they can indicate their interest in volunteering. They indicate the number of days and number of hours per day they would like to volunteer. Volunteers will be contacted prior to the convention by the Volunteer Coordinator with a schedule of their assignments. If they volunteer 20 – 35 hours they receive a refund of one half of their registration fees. If they volunteer over 35 hours they receive a full refund of their registration fees.

On site, volunteers will check in with the Volunteer Coordinator for further instructions. The Volunteer Coordinator will be located in the Convention Office during the convention.
