And you welcomed me: a consultation of the people of God on immigration

Plan to attend this consultation Sept. 18 to 20 in the Dallas, Texas, area (Lakeview Camp and Conference Center, Waxahachie). The event is planned and convened by Mennonite Mission Network (Peace and Justice Support Network, Urban Leaders Network), Mennonite Church USA Executive Leadership and Western District Conference. Individuals, pastors, area conference leaders, congregational leaders and representatives of agencies of Mennonite Church USA are invited.

 

The goals for the national gathering are to network and resource attendees, and develop congregational and pastoral solutions to the challenge of immigration. Presentations, worship, workshops and informal networking will be part of the consultation.
