Our visual identity program is a combination of elements that, when used together, bring the church's identity to life. This manual provides technical information about these important visual elements. The Written Communication Standards provide a comprehensive reference for style issues and terms related to Mennonite Church USA, church language, and some writing guidelines. These guidelines are presented as a reference point for determining pastors’ salaries and benefits. This packet is for persons who are seeking new places of ministry, or for those seeking placement for the first time; or for those who are considering being credentialed. This packet addresses the relationship between the pastor and the congregation. It includes a pastor’s job description, as well as the responsibilities of the pastor congregation relations committee, negotiating the pastor’s salary, and addresses sabbatical and study leaves. This packet is a spin off of the PCRC packet and is targeted for the pastor review and evaluation process. This packet addresses the unique concerns of women in congregational ministry.
