Therefore, good preventive benefits, access to a variety of wellness tools and resources, as well as financial incentives for employees actively taking steps to improve their health were incorporated into the plan.

Wellness incentives deadline extended to September 30

  1. Participate in the wellness incentives
  2. Schedule a routine physical. It's one of the preventive services covered at 100 percent and outside the deductible through our plan
  3. Read through the preventive schedule and check into other procedures as suggested.
  4. Read “The Cost of Your Health Care: What You
    Can Do About It.”
  5. Take advantage of the complementary wellness discount program that comes with our plan.
