    Reasons for building
    1.Long-term savings

    The new building will make $175,000 available each year that is now spent on leasing and operating costs. That money can be used for mission programs and ministry.

    2.Making connections

    By being adjacent to AMBS, Mennonite Church USA and Mission Network will be able to connect with students—our future church leaders—and gain counsel from professors and staff.

    3.Adequate space

    The new facility provides needed workspace and meeting rooms for multiple Mennonite Church USA organizations in a cost-efficient and energy-efficient building.
