Coordinators
Coordinators serve as the leader of a specific area of our convention. They often have some responsibilities prior to convention. However, the bulk of their work is done during the convention. Some coordinators will need to recruit associates to work with them. Other coordinators will be assigned volunteers to help carry out their responsibilities during convention. Coordinators have all their expenses covered during the convention week. Coordinators complete a Volunteer Registration form prior to convention.
Coordinators generally arrive a day or two before convention begins. They are encouraged to attend the Coordinator and Associate Dinner, typically the night before convention activities begin. That Dinner will take place Monday, June 29 at 7:00 p.m. for Convention 2009.
