If paying via credit card, the fees are slightly higher due to the credit card processing fees. By registering you are committing to a non-refundable deposit of $50. All cancellations must be made prior to December 31, 2013. After December 31 there is no refund.

The National Conference Center guarantees space for all participants who register by January 24. Following that date, additional registrants will be accepted at the discretion of the conference center.
SCHOLARSHIPS
If you are in need of a scholarship, you may indicate that on your registration. Mennonite Church USA staff will follow up with scholarship options. You are liable for payment after a suitable individualized payment option has been determined.
CHILDCARE
While the conference is not specifically designed with the presence of children in mind, we value the presence of children and welcome to children to accompany their parents to any part of the conference that parents deem appropriate. If you are in need of childcare, contact Hilary Scarsella at HilaryS@MennoniteUSA.org. If there is sufficient need, a plan for childcare may be developed. Children who will be eating meals provided by the conference center need to be registered, which is at a reduced rate.
