The Corinthian Plan strives to offer creative ways to support you in maintaining healthy habits and creating new ones. The Wellness Incentive is one way The Corinthian Plan does this.
This is an annual benefit. Our Wellness Incentive cycle runs from March 1st to the end of February the following year. We are currently updating our forms for the new cycle.
For the 2025-2026 Wellness Incentive Cycle ONLY:
Learn more about the incentive by reading the Wellness Incentive philosophy and instructions (through February 28, 2026). There are two parts to the incentive, and the potential to earn up to $300 per person, $600 per married couple.
Those with active Corinthian Plan health coverage, as well as those with waived coverage AND their spouses are eligible. If you are waiving coverage and wish to participate, note that you will need to enroll. You will find a form to do so by going here.
Qualifying activities for the 2025 – 2026 Wellness Incentive ($150 each) are:
- Verify that you have had your routine wellness exam. Learn more about how to get the most out of this exam and ensure it is covered under your preventive benefits by consulting our wellness exam tips document.
- Complete a one of the following four options: (1) Take part in a one time, confidential wellbeing conversation with our own MCUSA wellbeing specialist, (2) Create a Personal Wellbeing Plan, (3) Eligible pastors may choose to submit their conference accountability or growth plan. Conferences currently with eligible Accountability Plans are: Central Plains, Indiana-Michigan, Pacific Southwest, and Western District. (4) Spend a day (six hour minimum) on a personal wellbeing retreat. For more information go here.

For the 2026-2027 Wellness Incentive Cycle BEGINNING MARCH 1, 2026:
Those with active Corinthian Plan health coverage, as well as those with waived coverage, are eligible for the Wellness Incentive. If you are waiving coverage and wish to participate, note that you will need to enroll. 2026 forms will be available soon.
