The MC USA Executive Board thanked four outgoing members for their service to the denomination at an abbreviated Executive Board meeting in Greensboro, North Carolina, on July 10, 2025. The outgoing members are:
- Linda Dibble, of Albany Mennonite Church, Albany, Oregon, who served as moderator-elect, moderator and past moderator.
- Thomas Dunn, pastor of Crown Hill Mennonite Church in Rittman, Ohio.
- Margie Mejia-Caraballo, of Templo Alabanza, Moline, Illinois, who served on the Executive Committee and as the representative of Iglesia Menonita Hispana.
- Emily Merolli, of Hyattsville Mennonite Church, Hyattsville, Maryland, who served on the Executive Committee.
