Each year, The Corinthian Plan strives to offer a competitive package for comprehensive coverage for health, dental, vision, life and disability, and additional benefits.

This Plan Overview / Descripción General del Plan provides a summary of The Corinthian Plan for 2027. More details about the 2027 Plan benefits and enrollment forms are linked below. There are no significant changes to the plan options or benefits this year. Although health premiums will increase, the base rates for dental and vision remain the same.

Important Dates for Renewals:

Renewal Packets mailed to currently participating congregations and area conference offices: mid-late October
Return Renewal Option Form and any related forms: November 20
Coverage begins: January 1, 2027

Return Congregational Selection Form and related enrollment forms: November 1 – December 31

Are you a congregation or area conference office interested in participating in The Corinthian Plan? Review the information about the 2027 Plan Coverage below. There is more information about the plan benefits on the page for congregations and on the page for pastors.

How to enroll

Confirm your eligibility (see below).
Request a quote from Everence. Fill out this Request for Information form (in English o español), and submit it to denise.henke@everence.com.
When Everence sends you a quote, they will include a Congregational Selection Form and instructions on how to enroll.

Eligibility for Open Enrollment

Is your congregation or area conference eligible?
- Congregations and church plants currently affiliated with Mennonite Church USA are eligible to join at open enrollment.
- Congregations previously affiliated with Mennonite Church USA may be eligible to participate, subject to underwriting. Contact the Director for more information.
Is your employee eligible?
- Credentialed congregation or area conference staff are eligible at .5 FTE or more.
- Non-credentialed congregation or area conference staff are eligible at .75 FTE or more. (Contact the Director if you have a documented policy and practice of offering benefits to non-credentialed staff working .5 FTE. You can apply for an exception for them to be eligible for health coverage.)
No employees eligible right now? You can still participate in The Corinthian Plan’s mission by making a minimum contribution and a contribution to the Fair Balance Fund.
